[MMD] DO YOU WANNA BUILD A SPACESHIP

There are literally NO space shuttles in MMD, so I built this one by converting a printable space shuttle and assembling it in PMDe. Textures were applied in Metasequoia. 3D printable models tend to be broken up into parts (plus, they have zero UV mapping), so I had to reassemble some 15 parts before I could even BEGIN mapping. The tower was built from scratch using PMDe's Create Primitive tool.

This is arguably to scale, since the distance setting in MMD was 39 to fit May and 780 to fit the shuttle/tower, which puts it at a real-life equivalent of about 110 feet.

This took WAY too long to build. I wouldn't have built it if not for a specific project I had in mind. Can you guess what I built this for?
