Musketeers-v1 Athos Process

The first scan was my sketch. I used a picture from Zerochan as my model and then added the hair and the shoes, for no apparent reason.

The second scan was me adding the sword, hand details, and muscles. Some of the designs on Athos' outfit I located by major muscle group. I decided that I liked that version enough to scan it again. Maybe I'll draw a classical angel Athos? Or I could just angelify/classicalize one of my existing characters...

The third scan was me adding all the outfit designs. That outfit is super complicated! It was at that point that I decided to scan a larger version because I had drawn the hand obscured by the wings really darkly, so it was easy for me to imagine this picture minus the wings. Here the one drawing split into three.

The fourth scan was me adding the face and the wing details. I dislike wings somewhat less than I dislike horses; yet, I always find myself drawing them...

The fifth scan was the cleaned-up v1 Athos. I finished it chronologically after the v2 pictures, interestingly enough.
